I find it hard to believe that a big company like Verizon is SO busy that I have to wait 5 days for a technician to arrive to look at the issue. My service is out (phone contacts all seem to indicate it may be a bad splitter).
No big storms recently yet it still takes 5 days to fix. My bill continues to grow and my internet speed is being pinched.
Frustrated.
Why am I with them again?
