Everytime I open a new window on my computer I receive a message ; Windows cannot find C:\programfiles\verizonb\dtuser.exe . I must OK every time to proceed
Have you uninstalled the Verizon software from your computer? You may want to use MSCONFIG if so to disable the startup entry for that program. Once disabled and you've ensured the program is not causing any issues, you can delete the startup entry from the registry. CCleaner has a function that can help you do all of this if you don't feel comfortable using regedit to delete things from there.
