I also have this issue and have spent the last hour trying to figure out how to report this. I do not have Verizon, but I have a box in front of my home that is falling apart and needs to be replaced.

I have a Verizon utility box that has fallen on my property. We do not have Verizon service. We have contacted Verizon for year and never get any response. Wires are exposed and the ground is saturated making it dangerous for the children in our neighborhood. Can somebody help?
