I wasn't getting a picture on my tv, so I rebooted my set top box. When it turned back on, it went directly to the tv without going through the initial download process. I'm able to change channels but if I press "info" I get that white parental control screen. None of the other buttons on the remote work. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
