Unable to Watch TV Online!

I am able to watch CNBC, CNN, ESPN on my TV but I am unable to watch it online. After login on CNBC.com I get the error message below:

"Not Entitled, To watch CNBC, you must have a FiOS TV package that includes CNBC, such as Prime HD, Extreme HD, or Ultimate HD. Shop for a new FiOS TV package now.".

I do have Prime HD Package! I am able to watch it on my TV!! I have talked to many representatives, but all to no avail. Any help would be appreciated!

I just tested CNBC and was able to watch it on MyVerizon by going to MyVerizon, TV & Movies and selecting CNBC. I was also able to watch live TV on CNBC.com by selecting Verizon FiOS and then Live TV. No login needed.

Please describe how you are trying to login and watch and we will be better able to identify the problem.

I am trying to watch it through CNBC.com. It ask me to select my provider and ask me to login. After login, it gives me the error I metioned earlier. I just tried your method, watching TV through MyVerizon it is giving me the error below:

"Subscription Required

You currently do not have access to this content as part of your cable package. If you are seeing this message in error or you would like to subscribe to this content, please call your cable provider."

You may have to call 1-800-verizon and make sure you are proberly registered.

It may be a case were the necessary information is getting purged (although the messages sounds different). Cases that cause this include having cookies set to delete when you leave your browser, or third party cookies disabled. I believe they are using flash (definitely during Olympic coverage) and Flash honors the delete indicator and since it terminates between the verizon logn and the CNBC site tosses the necessary authorization info.
