On demand not working for two days

My on demand service for HBO is not working for the last two days. I live in Dover, De. Am I alone in this or is this a system wide problem?

My on demand not working now either - have no ideal if it was working yesterday or not; only tried using it today, but this is not the first time this has happened - also here in Dover, DE
