FiOS mobile app cannot play live tv

Hello,

I'm running the FiOS mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 and when I select to watch a show now it gives an error message saying, "Watch now is currently unavailable. Please try again when you are connected to a FiOS network..."

I am connected to the FiOS router and I have discovered the cable box from the app. Please help.

Just tuned in to Ch 551 ...presently showing. RIZZOLI and Isles
Just one of the many Channels I'm able to watch when they are "ON THE AIR"
