Hello,
I'm an old Verizon Wireless customer, from a grandfathered account from the previous provider some 20something years ago, I have wireless account only. So why am I here?
I keep getting very frequent paper mail with ads for Verizon Fios offers defaulted in Spanish... funny thing though is that I have never, ever conducted any business in Spanish with Verizon, ever! nor I have any interest in any of the Spanish speaking channels offered at all!
So all I want is an option to opt out. That's all! Opt out of the Spanish speaking marketing that I have been somehow placed in, or better yet, opt out off all paper mail marketing altogether.
There is no easy way to do this that's why I created an account to post here and hopefully get an answer.
The phone number on the correspondence goes on to a tree branch of options all ordering related... there is NO way to contact Oscar Madrid, director of marketing..
Come on, Verizon! Save a tree and allow me to opt out... or as you would say, salva un arbol?
Thanks in advance,
PS. He is in the Greater New York area? NJ too? Anyway, rhetoric question about his whereabouts, I do want however a real answer as to how to get out of this.
