getting message: set-top box is having trouble connecting to the server
Reset your router. You can either turn off the power to make it happen or you can get a pen and insert it in the red reset button in the back of the router. By reseting the router what you are doing is forcing the router to create a new ip address for the set top box. If you have any other set top boxes then at some point you may end up getting the unable to connect to a server message too. If the message still exists after you have tried to reset the router then contact verizon to have them do a test on the ont because there may be something wrong with it. The reset of the router should do the job for this issue.
