It has been two weeks since I noticed that I am not able to play back movies in my library, and all I get from tech support is that is a wide "known" issue in my area is this how VERIZON treats long time customers.
I have TV, internet, home phone, and a family full of Verizon cell phone service. I am not a happy costumer Verizon. And on top of that cell service has been spotted lately... I will start looking for alternative for your service, and I will tell as many people what I am experiencing.
