Are the stands not included with the rev i routers?

Question

I ordered the rev. i router on channel 692 to replace my old westell. I received it today, however there was no stand with it.

Are these not included? I thought they were?
All I received was the router (which was not protected just tossed into the box and is a bit banged up, a yellow ethernet cable, the ac adapter, and a manual on cd.

My packing slip says the box has the router and a fios bhr buckslip version 2. What is that? Is that the stand that wasnt in the box?
I chatted with someone online who of course didnt know a darn thing, told me the stand arent included and to go to the store or order one online (which they arent even on the fios accesories page) then told me sorry about that when I told them then reposted the same link and told me to go to that one. Ugh.

I love fios, but the customer service really is bad. I think a 2 year old could answer more questions.

It certainly sounds like you have received a used device.  Since you ordered this device (and presumably paid the retail price for a new unit), it seems pretty clear that you should have received just that: a new unit.  Had that been the case there certainly would have been one of those small black plastic stands included in the package.

It this were my situation I would refuse to accept the device and instead keep contacting customer service until the issue is satisfactorily resolved.  Please keep us informed on how this develops, and good luck.
