For the past few days, I've been sufering from unusably high ping times. Here's a sample traceroute:

I've tried rebooting PC, router, and ONT. The high latency occurs whether pinging from the PC or the router. As you can see, the problem appears to be between my home and the first IP on the list, which places it squarely within Verizon's network.
