I am moving out of the Verizon service area and have a lot of movies I have purchased. On the web site, it specifically says -
You can still view Flex View videos you have purchased after you disconnect your Verizon services as long as you maintain your User ID and password at the Flex View Store.
No one at Verizon is able to help me with this. They said I would be emailed a link to download all of the movies to my computer. There are 39 movies. They are not all going to fit on my computer. The web site makes it sound like I can still just sign into the web site or the Verizon app on my phone and view them from there.
Will I be able to continue to sign in with my current user ID and password and view the movies online or do I need to download them all from the email or otherwise lose them?
