I am having a persistent problem in that HBO GO is not accepting my Verizon FiOS username and password. This name/pw gets me into Verizon to pay my bill, etc., but HBOGO keeps telling me “To watch videos you must subscribe to HBO,” or that “the provider you are trying to access is not valid.” I do subscribe to HBO, and I'm using my Verizon.net email address...so I don’t understand the problem. But it seems this is an ongoing issue for many other people, too.
