I just finished a new order to extend my services and contract with Verizon. I need to change something though and I can't go back and change it. It wouldn't let me do it. Is it still possible for me to do make some changes?
Once an order is in progress, they system will not let you make further changes until the current order is closed. You may be able to contact Verizon directly by online chat, or phone.

It seems the only way I can amend my new customer order is to call them. I can't find anything online to accomplish that. Does anyone have an online solution?
Read my previos post. if the online chat is not available, than you must contact them over the phone.
The system would be more of a mess if order numbers and items were able to be changed back and forth without some type of controls. So the control is, contact them once the order is placed.
Sorry that is my only solution, and the way it has been from the start. Actually it has improved. At the start, another order could not be placed until the origional was closed and completed. Now they can make change, but you must call. Previously there was also a one billing cycle delay before things could be added, if I recall that too has been improved.
