In february Verizon fios had promotion for new customers 94.99 for package that includes Free HBO for 1 year.
I signed up and sales rep made mistake which i did not catch on time and cought only when the technician come to install service.
I called customer service and they told me they will charge $15 extra a month for HBO. For the mistake their sale and marketing madeI have to pay...It is outrageous.
I am battling their customer service for the second month and they go back and forth with me with different customer service reps who send it to Exception Department, who apperantly rejects it(it is Verizon mistake they reject) and send me bill with not expected $154.64(94.99 + equipment +modem+fee) ,but rather for 186.26 ,which includes double chare for HBO!!!.
I am about to switch back to Comcast ,who i had for 13 years...
anybody else knows how to fight the flase marketing and get out of this rabit whole?
Please help who else in Verison Company can truthfully assist with the customer who has been falsely overcharged for the promised by promotion "Free HBO for 1 year" ... I am really do not know who to talk any more.
