(This has happened multiple times over the past few months. Called each time, same result each time prior to this post.)
After my STB reset for no apparent reason an ad pops up for 75/35 Quantum upgrade for $10/month. Good deal right? Not so much...after pushing my remote control "ok" button to accept, page two pops up saying it's 50/25. Multiple hours with billing (who said "it's not us"), e-commerce (huh?) , tech support ("they transferred you here !!??) I finally got a "supervisor" who said "if you fax, yes fax (as in print photo then fax via telco) the pictures which prove what you saw it, I will honor it". Will you call me when you get the fax ask I? "Sure says she... (insert cricket noise here).
I think Comcast is getting a new customer in a couple monthes...
OBTW, everyone I spoke with said they had never heard of anything like this before...
