Speed Problems

Hey, I got FIOS 2 weeks ago. My plan is 75/35 and I was able to get 75 megabite download speed and 35 upload speed at first week. Now my download speed is 40's and upload is 35 mbps. I called support and they told me it is because i am using wireless., But I was able to get 75 mbps download first week and my upload speed has not changed. So what could be the reason? Should I switch to a lower speed package since I am not getting what I am supposed to...

If wireless speeds get lower, most likely getting interference on the BHR channel you are on. You can log into BHR and select from 1-11 channels and see which gives best speed. You can also download the In Home Agent and has a portion that will help isolate channels neighbors are using and help you change in the program without logging in the router. Reboot BHR does not always choose best channel based on wireless interference.
