We recently purchased a house in Brooklyn, NY. On our back yard we have an old pole. As per Optimum they renting this pole from Verizon. It took Verizon an hour and thirty six minutes to pick up the phone on me. And after spending 5 minutes on the phone with me they said since I don't have Verizon home line just cellular they won't send me an email with info that they not the owners of this pole. Very disrespectful company to the people.
