ok. My STB won't turn on. I've followed instructions. The troubleshooter doesn't work. The automated chat doesn't work. There is NO WAY for me to contact anyone. None of the "next" buttons work. I can't make a repair order because the computer wants to troubleshoot for me, but, guess what? That doesn't work, either. Then, if I click contact me, once I get to column 3, that is supposed to have contact details, it says "contact" and it's completely blank after that.
This is pathetic. I can't believe that this is what you all do as an actual job.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Unless, of course, I wanted to set up a new service, which is amazingly easy. No problem finding a phone number to do that. But for customer support for a problem with my STB, this has been the worst experience EVER.
We are moving to a new house and you can be sure that I will be looking for a different vendor. I can't believe that this experience has been this bad. Unbelievable.
