I hesitate to post this because my service works fine. A house inspector pointed out that the Verizon installers left wires exposed and did not encased them in the square plastic channel for about 18". He recorded it on the inspection as something that needed fixing.
What do I have to do to get a technician to come to my house and fix this minor problem?
