Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition slow on FIOS wireless

Hi all,

Here's my problem:

I love my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, but the browser (any browser) loads very slowly on my Verizon FIOS wireless.

This is not the case for any other device (all Apple) in the household, and there are six of us.

So...it is unique to the Samsung tablet. BTW, pages load much faster in other wireless environments.

Any suggestions?

I think I'm having an issue with Verizon throttling. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition tablet. I'm both iOS and Android and I love this tablet. I was trying to download for free apps I got with the purchase and I noticed my download is simply too slow to deal with at all. It takes 3 minutes to download 1 MB. Now I remember having dialups faster than that. I did a speed test and here's my results. Does anyone have knowledge of Verizon throttling or some other problem I need to know about. Any advice is appreciated. 15 minutes have now passed and I've downloaded 4.36MB of a 44MB file. Needless to say I'm giving up.
