I just got the new Actiontec MI424WR router. I connected all my devices except one. I have an old IBM T43p laptop. It wouldn't accept my new password in the network connection. I called Verizon and was told the laptop was the problem. He suggested I get a modem and connect it to the router. His assumption was the modem would use a WEP key which would enable me to connect to my IBM laptop. Anybody know if this is true? Thanks
