why are 2 of my set top boxes not as pictured under my account. The boxes pictured are of the ones we returned and received basic digital which have no perks. we are paying for ulitimate hd and only have one hd tv's.
Not unusual. I don't think they go out of their way to match box to particular model, using a generic picture instead.
