Anyone know how to get in touch with the Verizon Pro customer support? Been on hold for 45 minutes with billing (who bills me for it every month) though they dont seem to have a clue what it is or how to contact them?
Do you mean premium tech support? If so call regular tech support and they will transfer you.
No, it isnt premium Tech Support. It is a product that verizon is charging me 9.95 a month for that they cant tell me what it is, how to stop it, or how to contact someone about it!
