A Verizon STB does not "work with" a Tivo. Can you better explain what you are needing this for so someone might be able to offer an answer? The question does not compute (as Mr. Spock would say).
2500 with serial. any should work with the ir blaster. 2500 is a motorola stb. not sure if your area uses motorola or cisco boxes.
I'm sure you have a lifetime subscription with Tivo. Doesnt sound like a good deal to pay $10 a month to change the channels for your Tivo.
