I was able to use HBO Go without issue on my PC at home (logged into Verizon Fios, created my HBO Go user name, watched shows, all that). However, my wife has been unable to use HBO Go on her Apple laptop.
When she opens up the HBO Go page, she clicks on the sign in button. This brings up the window where you choose your provider (she selects Verizon Fios). This brings up a small Verizon Fios sign in window. She enters our login information. So far, this is exactly what happens when I log into HBO Go from my PC. This is where things change.
For me, on my PC, the small Verizon Fios window closes and I am up and running in HBO Go. For my wife, the small window remains in place and brings her to our Verizon home page. The window is still very small, and we see no way to expand it. Even if we could expand it, I have no idea what we would be looking for. We can still see the HBO Go main page in the background (fully expanded), but it is greyed out a bit, and we cannot interact with it. All we can do is try to click around on the tiny Verizon page.
Any thoughts? Very frustrating!
