Can't see favorite channels on the guide in the iPad app

I saw an older post about this, but it doesn't seem that it was ever resolved. I can use the remote fine on the app. Once I try to change the guide view from "everything" to "favorites" it just goes blank. It shows no channels at all. All of my favorites are saved in the Favorites 1 category. Not sure why I can't get it to work.

Any suggestions?

I keep getting the same response over and over again. My favorites still does not work. I figure to complain with a new thread everyday until the fix it. I don't know why more people don't complain about it. I left comcrap because the routine support kept getting worse.
