Since March 12 I have been having major issues with verizon customer service trying to upgrade to Quantum. Instead of upgrading to Quantum I got Direct TV which I did not ask for, on top of the I already have Fios. After more than 12 calls to Verizon Customer service all I get is we will call you back within a few days this issue takes time to fix, and yet I never get a call back which was promised! I have to always follow up and still get the same response. Well after nearly four months I am done. Back in March all I wanted was to upgrade and spend more money with your company, now after complaining to deaf ears I am finshed. I would like information on how to complain about customer service which for some reason I can not get from calling and speaking to the reps or their supervisors. Receiving this information would be great. Also one more thing to note the problem still is not solved as my account from the direct tv error still has my account locked and i am waiting on a call that again was promised.
