Starting this Monday I started having terrible lag while playing Aion. My ping went up to 1700 when I normally had between 50-120. I contacted NCSoft and they had me run PingPlotter to see where the problem was. Looking at the results they said I am experience alot of packet loss and to contact Verizon. Looking at the PingPlotter screen shot, it's apparent where it is happening. I called Verizon and they said there was no place I could send the screenshot showing the problem and everything on their side is fine. It was the first time Verizon FiOS customer support has been completely USELESS to me in all the years I've had FiOS. Can someone there please look at this and see if your network technicians can figure out what is down where and fix it? HELP!
