Any one having issues with XBOX and Sony Entertainment Services on FIO

I have started noticing a trend on FIOS internet i have that XBOX and Sony Entertainment services would be rate limit and i would get a packet RESET (when looking at my packet captiures). AT the same time if i switch to another connection or bypass FIOS for internet, same services worked with no issues.

Curious to see what is going on FIOS side and who can fix it. I am not ready to spend hours on the phone with Customer care. Any one having the same issues?

you mean, bypass the NAT router that you have?

If so: what is the brand, model and hardware version of your NAT router?
