Extremely slow download speeds on Xbox 360.

We just had 50/20 FiOS internet installed and the internet speed on both computers and mobile devices is extremely fast. Data supported from speedtests confirms that the speed is actually over par. The issue is that on the the Xbox the speed is extremely slow during updates and downloads. A 25 mb app takes around 25 minutes. I have opened all suggested ports in the router, but the speed has not increased.

You've confirmed that service is good on your end. So the most likely cause is the server the updates are coming from. I've noticed the same thing with updates from some sites. But there is no way to get better than what the update server puts out.
