We have had Verizon for a while now, and we've been paying for 25 mb/s speed. Now I'm getting .3 Mb/s on a good day. This is with no other downloads going on and no other devices using up bandwith. Why is this happening?
How long has this been going on for? Have you rebooted your ONT and router? Are you Wired or Wireless? Also, is this for all sites or just some sites in particular?
Have you checked the router is it verizon router or a third party router? Have you power cycled it? Are you running a speed test wireless or through the ethernet ? You might want to run it through ethernet .
