This is a disgrace ! Verizon should be ashamed, this is theft ! I was looking to get a vacation suspension for 3 weeks and I was told that it is possible only for a minimum of 1 month. Why ? Why do I have to pay for services that I am not using ? Isn't the $50 one time enough for verizon ? This is greed to the maximum, additional to disrespecting the customer ! Remember, normally the customer comes first, without us customers you would be nothing. Verizon, you make me sick, once I come back from vacation, Comcast here I come.
