Has anyone had any luck with getting through to someone who can actually assist you with this problem? We signed on with Verizon FIOS for the FIRST time this past April and I am strongly regretting this decision.
We were promised a $250 VISA gift card to help offset the installation and other startup fees for switching to Verizon from Comcast. Instead, we received a Verizon Wireless gift card, which is perfectly useless, as my family does NOT have a wireless account, nor do we wish to switch.
I spent over an hour on the phone and in live chats with various agents who just kept telling me to call other people - none of whom helped. Am I just wasting my time or will I ever find someone who can help me/get me what I am rightfully owed? I feel like going to the Better Business Bureau at this point.
