For a company that tries to tell everyone how great their service is, don't you find it interesting that you cannot directly communicate with customer service?
No phone number save spending 10 minutes with an automated operator trying to get through to anyone live? No e-mail address so you can at least get your frustration out sending a note of complaint or suggestion? Just this forum that never really SOLVES anything. The lack of REAL customer service is why I cancelled my service along with their outrageous cost, unless your a new customer. Thank God all this will change over the next 5 years.
