All links on DSL My Account page>My Plan do not work

There are 2 ways to review or renew your DSL plan options from the My Account page. Both of these links send you to http://www.verizon.net/renew, which comes up with a page not found error.

Please fix this link - it has been broken since February 6th.

15 days later and they're still not working. I tried 3 different browsers and someone else's computer just in case. It's definitely broken. It must be costing Verizon a ton of money as customers can't sign up for anything. This is asinine. This is the message I get every time: PAGE NOT FOUND The Page you requested cannot be found. Please click on any of the items listed below. Where are you ?

The first things, that I see (after I log-in as need be) are:

Overview, My Bill, My Services, My Profile, Customer Service, and Newsroom.

The "page not found" problem is now gone, but Verizon's web site is still broken! After loging in, I go to the "My Account" tab. When I click "You might be eligible for an upgrade. Please click here to check" I'm asked to login again and again and eventually I'm returned to the "My Account" tab again. Repeat. It's an infinite LOOP. This is absurd.
