I have been trying to reach a contact to let Verizon know my frustration with the past weeks issues with their MacAfee software that istall unwated Family Protection that locked my computer. It took one day with a store and 2 days with techs (4 hours) from Verizon to fix an issue that we never ran. I also did not wish to put this issue on a open forum but Verizon does not have a link to contact someone privately to deal with this. So if anyone can help me I would greatly appreiciate it.
