My services was out for 3+ days because the wire was down in front of my house. I called at least 12 separate times and each time I was told I was part of a 'group outage'. Bounced around to multiple people each time I called and every time I had to explain the problem to them all over again.
I told them I was sure my service was out because I am look at the down wire...'No sir, you are incorrect. You are part of a group outage'. After 3 days of begging them to just come out and look at the wire, a technician finally came out and said 'your service is out because the line to your house is down'...Shocking!
