Horrible Customer Service

1) I cannot find anywhere to log a complaint against Verizon customer service.
2) Spent hours on the phone being bounced from department to department, often without being notified I was being transferred. I finally got to a tech guy, who was polite, and he had to ask me to rate HIM? How about the 15 people I talked to before him who shoved me off from department to department, cold transferring? I had no idea what was happening or who I was going to talk to next. I have worked in customer service all my life and I am shocked at the rampant, wide spread failure of soft skills (like...being a human being) in Verizon's phone workers. Send the whole department to India- I may have a hard time understanding them but at least they're polite and well trained.

My services was out for 3+ days because the wire was down in front of my house. I called at least 12 separate times and each time I was told I was part of a 'group outage'. Bounced around to multiple people each time I called and every time I had to explain the problem to them all over again.

I told them I was sure my service was out because I am look at the down wire...'No sir, you are incorrect. You are part of a group outage'. After 3 days of begging them to just come out and look at the wire, a technician finally came out and said 'your service is out because the line to your house is down'...Shocking!
