By far the worst customer service experience ever. Attempted to move services online but system can't give valid options for router on annual contract choices. Call customer service, wait 1.5 hours on hold. Rep can't make sense and give a simple quote or explain why the price is $100 dollars more expensive then online semi quote except to say our system can't change anything. Most rediculous stuff i have ever heard. Ask to transfer to supervisor. Get placed on hold and then hung up on. Could call back but not giving verizon 4 hours of my night. Probably going to cancel instead of move my services.
