We received Verizon Fios TV a month ago and we have not been able to enjoy Video On Demand because regardless of Free, Premium CHannels, or Flex - the movies either never start or run for seconds/minutes before freezing and stopping. We continually have to go into the VOD menu to "Resume Play" and sometimes it resumes and sometimes it doesn't.
We had a technician come out and look at our set up. We thought the problem was fixed because titles were starting, but we never tested it beyond seconds/minutes.
Anyone with an idea of helping? We moved the router to another outlet, tested signals, etc. We should be able to get VOD.
Very frustrated and ready to end FIOS TV for local cable.
