Transfer Service

I would like to transfer my service to a new address. The Verizon website does not work. When I enter the address I get an error message. I have spent multiple 20+ minutes on the phone waiting to not get a customer service rep. Is there a simple way to transfer service from one address to another?

The website is the easiest and fastest way. If you can't access it and can't get a hold of someone on the phone you might want to try pm'ing the customer service on the verizon fios facebook page if you have a facebook account. They are usually quick to respond. They've always written me back within a half hour.
