Verizon sent me notice that they would discontinue bundles with Directv and I would be billed directly from them. I get my first bill from Directv and they've charged me for two months worth of bills. BUT I have my last Verizon bill and they never sent Directv their share of the bundle payment. So now it's Sunday and I can't get hold of anyone at Verizon. I knew this would happen even as I read in their letter that this would all be taken care of!! Hey Verizon - send Directv their/my money. SO now I have a late fee with Directv as well. I'm really disgusted that my days off are spent dealing with Verizon - a company way too big and way too greedy.
