The FIOS Elite Team is taking up to 10 days to respond to each email over the last 6 weeks we've been discussing my issues. I've asked for him to escalate to his manager and he does not. I've asked for service changes to be put in place and they have not been. I've even asked for service to be cancelled if he can not fulfill what he is promising and still nothing is done. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS THAT THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET FROM A SUPPOSEDLY "ELITE" CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!!!!
