Computer died a week or so ago and so had to get a new one. So had to add programs etc., individually. Got Verizon internet and security up and running but not Backup & Sharing.
I get a screen that I've never seen before asking me to sign in. I tried my email address and password for Verizon email, didn't work. Can't seem to find the answer anywhere and I hate calling CS for many reasons.
So can anyone tell me the secret? I keep getting reminders that I need to set this up and I can't even sign in.
