Unable to login to any Verizon site - when will it be fixed?

Hi all,

I am unable to login into any Verizon site with my Verizon user id and password. I was able to login as recently as March 26. I was unable to yesterday (March 27) and spoke with a Verizon customer service rep. today (March 28). The customer service rep. told me that maintenance is being done on the entire site and they did not know when I would be able to access the Verizon site through my login credentials.

I want to access ESPN360 via my Verizon account, and am unable to do so. I would appreciate any clear information or details regarding the length of the maintenance being done by Verizon.

I'm having the same issue. I've been trying to pay my bill/view it since I got an email saying it was available (March 16). I contacted tech support and they told me to wait three or four days, THEN it would be available. That night, it did let me view it finally.. but still couldn't pay. After that, I've been unable to log in, and both times I've emailed a "Jose" tells me I need to call Verizon tech support on the phone because of "sensitive information." Wha?! How is their site being down "sensitive information"? And why can't I talk to anyone but this Jose? Sheesh, I do my payments online because I work nights, and SLEEP during the day.

The issue where customers are unable to make a payment online (customers have entered in the amount they would like to pay and has selected their payment method, once they hit continue the page loops back to the same page) is a known issue. Is this the same problem you are experiencing? Also what is the exact error message you all are receiving when you attempt to sign in?

I can't get into espn360 from Verizon Surround either. Espn360 asks me for my credentials, which I know work on Verizon's site and I am redirected to A page not found error. I've tried this in Chrome and IE last night and today.

I had not used many of the features that I have with Verizon high speed internet for over a year that I have had the service. I had spend several hours attempting to figure out how to use the features and where to find them on Verizon sites online Friday, 3/2. I was unable to find the sites and kept being re-routed to view my bill.

I called Verizon on Saturday and was on hold for 45 minutes before I could talk to a rep. I was on the call with a rep for over 35 minutes, put on hold 4 times so he could ask questions, (he did not seem to know why I could not get to Verizon.net) to find out that it won't work till Monday. Saturday night I was able to log into the sites from work. So the problem seems to be just from my conection at home. (Verizon DSL) Today is Monday and it still doesn't work.

It would be helpful if Verizon would put something on the sites that do work, just telling us what's going on so we do not have to spend so much of our precious time searching for answers. In the name of Customer Satisfaction.
