The Verizon website doesn't work on Mozilla Firefox.
It just hangs and loads endlessly.
Can't pay bill; can't do anything. It has been this way for months, or more. I see years-old posts in the forums saying the same thing.
Firefox is arguably the most popular web browser available. How can this compatibility issue be left unfixed?
