Never hooked up 1 of 2 PCs. Tech support told me thats all that is required. Install guy told me no problem hooking up 2 but he never did and was gone before I could check it. 5 days later I still cant get internet on the 1. It worked fine with cablevision, wish I had never switched.
Also left a wire across the lawn and never buried it.
Its been a very frustrating experience with them.
