I switched my cable service from Direct TV to Verizon Fios back in December 2015, to coinside with moving into my new home and compelled by the great promotional service -- $400.00 Vise gift card.
Here we are in the middle of 2017, and I still have not received my gift card although now I have been a devoted customer.
I've called several times to get this resolved, only to be given two to three different numbers, most agents will tell me that I have to contact the awards department and then that department will tell me that I have to contact Visa directly. No matter what I have not received my gift card.
Honestly, I am posting here only because I believe this is the only venue by which I may justly receive the attention deserved and finally resolved.
Hoping that within one follow up phone call I can get this resolved real soon and enjoy the main perk that was one of the compelling reasons I switched my service.
