I have tried to resolve this issue by calling it in a couple of times, but I keep getting lost in the transfers.
I have had fios for almost a month (triple play), and have never been able to make any changes to my account online.
I can login to my verizon, but each option that I choose (change tv package, etc) leads me to an error page that tells me to call the office. The number I call gets me to someone that says I need to talk to someone else, and it disconnects. When I call the e-care number the first person tells me, I never actually get someone on the phone.
Also, when viewing my bill, the only charges it shows are for internet.
These issues happen under several browsers on multiple computers.
